Active Projects

The Ward logo

The Ward

A hospital-operations puzzle in two lenses: the institutions that read as wasteful overhead on the dashboard are the ones that absorb the crisis it can’t see coming. Build them before you know why. You'll likely lose a few times before it clicks.

Three Lenses logo

Three Lenses

A control-room puzzle played through three incompatible lenses on one hidden crisis — each resolves different things and can only act in its own language. Survive a collapse the dashboard cannot see coming.

Three Tickers logo

Three Tickers

A 60-second instrument-panel puzzle: three independent-looking readouts, one hidden sensor. A playable demonstration of why redundant observers can fail together.

ECHO logo

ECHO

An instrument that measures whether the observers you rely on — AI models, experts, indicators — are genuinely independent, or just echoing each other.

TiTo Time Tracker logo

TiTo Time Tracker

A simple, efficient web application for tracking time spent on various projects.

ConceptExplorer logo

ConceptExplorer

An interactive web app designed to help explore and understand complex ideas.

Mycel logo

Mycel

A coordination substrate for living communities. See who's around, what they offer, what they need — then go meet in person.

Archived Experiments

ADIT (Audio-based Digital Information Transfer)

A protocol for sending short data sequences as high-frequency sounds between mobile devices. Developed in Matlab and Java. The project was stalled as the sound remained audible.

🏴‍☠️ Mutiny

An AutoHotKey overlay for Spotify from the early 2000s. It auto-muted commercials, fetched lyrics, and downloaded guitar tabs for the currently playing song.
